We had to put my grandfather into a home due to Dementia and we had stuff stored here. The owner never called my grandma about it being in default and when I called was rude and said he cut the locks off but if I paid owing he'd let me get the stuff. 1/3 of our stuff was missing and other stuff he said he had "bought" off my brother. The unit wasn't in his name. I highly would not recommend

The best storage place in the Welland, Pelham area. The owner is honest, courteous and has a firm but fair approach. Would give 5 stars if he had a better security setup (the best deterrent is a visible one) and didn't mind people coming by after dark.
