My name is Carlos Alberto Ramón Sanabria, and everything I’ve learned and experienced throughout my life has led me to where I am today.

In 2009, I earned my degree in Psychology, specializing in the social and organizational branches. I gained a deep understanding of the human mind and how to help people find their own paths skills that have shaped how I work with teams, clients, and communities.

After graduating, I worked at a major university, eventually becoming Director of Corporate Communications at one of the country’s top three educational institutions. This role strengthened my expertise in leadership, public relations, and professional communication.

But psychology and communication weren’t my only passions. Since my student days, I’ve always been drawn to creativity. I’ve taken courses in photography, design, and drawing; and even wrote the script for a 3D animated short film.

In 2012, I traveled to Bogotá, Colombia, where I was introduced to the world of social media by two outstanding professionals: Renata Cabrales (then Community Manager for El Tiempo) and Luisa López (formerly of Radio Netherlands Worldwide). They taught me the importance of sharing knowledge and giving back to others a value I’ve carried with me ever since.

In 2015, my wife and I left Cuba and began a journey that’s taken us across countries, careers, and passions. One of those passions is our love for stones and minerals, which has brought us joy, learning, and a deeper connection to nature and positive energy.
