STAY AWAY. This place is a joke and scam. After being there for over 5 years with constant rate increases they have the nerve to say the unit is damaged because there's tape on vent holes which has been there from the day we took it on(there fault). Then they say there's damage to the floor in a shipping container lol. Workers or owners are creepy and live in a dump or salvage yard next door. Renting a shipping container for $250/month in field is not worth it people....especially here.

Being a first-time renter- Sandra, who was behind the counter, was quite knowledgeable. She was great and explained everything in detail, so I left with 100% comfortability in how what when where and why. She made sure I was able to get to my unit with ease. She is such a pleasure to deal with . The grounds are always plowed out in the winter. It is very easy access. I have had to email in a quick question about something, and they answered back in just a couple of hours.
