*Update - her name is Sarah and it’s over a year later and without a doubt she makes this place untouchable with customer service. I underwent a rough period financially and Sarah was extraordinarily patient and understanding. I hope she’s being paid what she’s worth because top notch customer service is getting harder to find, not to mention just being a considerate and human being. I can’t recommend Federal Self Storage enough.
