"Tom was great to meet and he helped us with our storage needs. An amazing customer service was delivered by Tom explaining everything in detail and taking us through the fine print very patiently."

"The team here was incredibly accommodating, and that’s exactly why I’ll be using other locations in the future as well. I can’t recall everyone’s names at the moment, but every single staff member I dealt with was helpful and professional. They truly earned this 5-star review — I don’t hand those out easily!"

"I had an excellent experience renting a storage unit at Public Storage. Ana was very helpful, guiding us through the process, showing the unit and providing all the necessary information. It was very easy and clear. The facility is very clean and the office staff was great. Excellent customer service and all the support by email was as they described it in the reservation that we submitted. Excellent Experience!"
