Self-Storage at U-Haul ✔

"your overall customer experience us what has kept me a loyal customer for 30 years. I feel compelled yo tell you what a phenomenal job AJ did. He went way over and above his job description to ensure that both my vehicle and the trailer was safe before authorizing me to leave. I don't know what I would have done. Hus persistence paid off. He was determined and had a positive attitude the entire time, which kept me calm. Moving is stressful and he did everything to make sure my rental was not stressful. Just guaranteed another 30 years of loyalty from me. He loves what he does and deserves a raise! He kept his cool and held down the fort even with a new girl in training. Please make sure he knows how thankful I am. I told many times. But he deserves positive feedback. Cheers!"
