"Switching storage unit providers has never been easier...not that I've ever done this. I shopped around for quite a bit to find the best price for what I needed. The ladies (Lenie and Emily) there are so friendly and helpful, and made sure I had all the information I needed. Set up was a breeze. The facility looks so clean, well lit and climate controlled. There's carts, loading docks, elevators, and their access hours are fairly wide open. I would definitely recommend Mini Mall Storage for anyone looking for a storage solution."

"The facilities are clean, well lit and in a good location. The concerning issue is that there is no control on rate increases - I have rented here for 4 years, downsized my locker twice, and am currently seeing a 50% increase in JUST rental fees (there are other misc fees as well) in only 2 years. Be forewarned."
