I’m picked up trailor rental at the fort St. John location, midtown storage. The lady who was working at this location needs a huge bonus or a raise. She has the office full of plants making it so inviting, especially with her amazing personality. It was neat , tidy very inviting. Not to mention when I came back to return she was out weeding along the fence line. I have never seen any other uhaul facilities do any of this. I move a lot since I work in pipeline construction and use uhaul trailors a lot. From Edmonton, to edson, ect. Someone needs to give this lady credit for all the hard work she puts into her job.

I had rented a storage unit while I resided in Fort St John, the prices were great and the service was everything I could ask for. When I went to move out of town, and head back to where I came from, I had an issue with Uhaul. One that had not been encountered by Donna the lady in the office who helped me get it sorted out. She stayed well after close to get the issue sorted out for me and provided me with exceptional service beyond what she required or obligated to do so. Would recommend and choose this business for any future service needs.
