To start with when I pulled in one of their workers gave me a hand with my trailer and caught the edge and damaged my trailer, he admitted his fault and said they'd get it fixed but that never happened when brought up to owner later she rudely said it wasn't her problem and to claim it on insurance even though it was there fault and insurance deductible would cost more than repairs. Next when I went to pick up my trailer one of the windows was broken. Also when I called them beforehand about picking the trailer up 4 days into the month I said I'd pay for the week and was told that's not a option you pay for the whole month or they'll be keeping my 80,000$ trailer till I do. AVOID THIS PLACE!

They are there to take your money every step of the way. They also let thieves in to steel your belongings and don't track units for broken/missing locks. They are supposed to watch out for your things because you can't always be around. Our stuff was stolen and they would not lift a single finger to help. Very disappointed after using them for almost 5 years.
