Very friendly staff and no-nonsense as well. Easy to work with. Storage units are spacious and you can use their loading dock. There's a hand truck and pallet jack to use if you need it. Washrooms are inside and always open. Good location as well.

The boxes were stacked without validating any fragile labels, so some boxes were crushed. The mattress was on the floor, with no way to put protective plastic on it. The locker they chose for us was inappropriate given the quantity of furniture, so things were stacked crooked and in two lockers.
