My family worked with this company for a move up north. My parents were stressed about the process but their team came in and handled everything. They were kind, funny and hard working- and fast! We felt at ease with them around, and were very happy with their service! I highly recommend them.

I want to preface that I have moved a lot in my life and this was the worst experience i ever had. First they were very late, took more than 2 hours to move items from the first floor of a duplex to the upper unit. Santino who is part of the management is very unprofessional and was horrible at managing a job that we had asked for. Workers were slow and inefficient, and didnt seem to know what they are doing. Management was supposed to send us 5 guys but only sent us 3 for a big move, which made the move longer than they promised us, and way more pricier. We had to move half of the things that the workers were supposed to move because of inefficiency. Overall workers are nice, but management is horrible, and only cares about money and not their workers. They also did a lot if damage on our walls and door frames. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

The move was excellent from start to finish, including the care and attention taken to store all our things in the storage unit.
