"Very disappointed with our experience. The luggage storage is located inside a dépanneur that looks quite run-down. Our bags were kept in a random back room filled with other store items and even a chair, like it was used as a staff break area. When we arrived to pick them up, no one checked who we were — we were just told to “go in the back and get your bags.” The door was wide open, not locked or supervised at all. It did not feel secure or professional."
