"Nice unit. Unfortunately there was a mix up when I signed and didn't receive the promotion. Upon calling, the call center was very apologetic and transferred me to the local facility. Then it was a 30 min fight with a man who obviously didn't even look at my file. Kept saying I got 50% off but if you do basic math, I was paying full price. Still waiting to see if I get a refund for half of the 3 month promotion. Hopefully it goes well, as I'm not up to fight for the obvious again."

"What a joke. I dropped by for a viewing, to evaluate cleanliness and customer service. The office was closed with a sign (back at 1:15). I arrived at 2pm. Called but it went to voicemail. Waited 10 minutes. During my wait I noticed a guy peaking at me from inside the facility. This business is likely as bad as the reviews say... Too bad, the location would have been ideal."
