Mini-Entrepôt St-Eustache ✔

"My rent started below $100 but has double after 3 years. Wished the increase did not accelerate so fast. Will definitely get rid of one of the two that I have, too expensive as of now. Service has always been good and the hours are fine with me in the office as well as the warehouse hours."

"I recently rented a storage unit at this new mini-depot, and I couldn't be more impressed! The facility is spotless and well-maintained, with everything you need for moving, like dollies and hand trucks, easily accessible and neatly organized. The service elevator makes moving items to the second floor a breeze. Security is top-notch, with surveillance cameras and 24/7 key fob access, giving me peace of mind about my belongings. The pricing is very competitive, which explains why the facility is always full—I had to join a waiting list, but they promptly called me when a unit became available. When it has, normally between the end and the beginning of a month because they rent out monthly. Highly recommended for anyone needing clean, secure, and affordable storage!"

"They keep this storage facility very clean. It feels secure for storage. Lighting is adequate. All the necessary amenities are available. Several platform trolleys available on all floors (and all wheels work 😉). …"
