"So many negative reviews!!! Why?!! My experience. I came at 1030am got the door at 4pm , even so they told not open the door and wait for another call , which is happened 2 hours after, now I backed up to the door and waiting for another hour to change from green to red light, but even after it changed to red they didn't start unloading, it took about 30 min before they started, then every 20-30 min they unloaded 1 skid, now it's 730pm and they took 3 skids only I guess, but overall all good, and this is why they have this saying in the receiving office "Respect you, respect us" because I guess many drivers were peaced off of this kind of respect"

"Waste of time very long wait, first had to wait at the parking slot for 3 hours then I went inside the office 2 times finally they told me the backup dock now I am here for the last 1 hour waiting for unloading."

"Very long waiting time starts from entering the main gate and until you get the door after you get the door you will wait for a long time until you are allowed to open your doors and then they will start unloading I had an appointment at 10 am now it is 4 pm still not unloaded"
