"Just got an invoice that so far in one year, my price went from $207 to $240, then to $290 and a long to $310. It went up again to $340 and now.. it's $398!! I will barely have money left from my two weeks pay to save $400. That is three times the price of my vehicle insurance. It is dangerously close to leaving me with nothing in my back account to afford food, gas, and personal items. Been here since day one when this place first opened up under the original company. Staff are wonderful. This isn't right, "valued customer" and market rates? Where is the "valued customer" rate that helped to support the property and its staff from the very first day? No access after 10pm anymore, been that way for a more than a year. Trying to save money up for a house, the increase has actually kept me back an extra two years as the price went up since 2023."

"If I could give 0 stars, I would. This place is nothing but a money grab and they clearly don’t care about maintaining their facility. I rented a 5x10 unit at what seemed like a decent price, but when I arrived, there was a massive cement pillar in the corner taking up storage space. I let it slide, assuming that was why the price was lower."
