Access Storage - York Mills ✔

"I thought the staff was so helpful throughout my experience. It was late and I was worried and scared but the staff guided me and even went over and above to make sure I was ok by showing up near the dock area because another car was parked there. This was very kind of him especially being my first time and i was alone. Everything was explained in full and very detailed! The unit was bigger then expected so now I can bring in more stuff!"

"The staff here are amazing people who know how to provide exceptional Customer Service. They treated me like a regular from day one. I never felt rushed, pressured, or disrespected in any way, shape, or form. While my time here was short-lived (~3 months) I never encountered any access-related issues or problems with my unit (9252 is the best!) and they were always quick to respond to any of my inquiries. I will recommend this particular location to friends & family so long as Sonali and Vinay are still employed here!"

"Phenomenal service. Marcelle and Sonali are gems. Marcelle provided a thorough introduction to the facility and made us feel like family. The storage unit was immaculate and easy to access. I would highly recommend renting a space here!"
