I reserved a storage unit there as it had a high rating and it was convenient for me. But, unfortunately the job I was offered fell through as the company is moving this location to Ohio in the USA. Mainly because of being over regulated in Ontario etc etc, the company is headquartered out of Saskatchewan. I gave this explanation to access storage who offered their apologies for my predicament, they were understanding and empathetic to my predicament. They said they would refund my deposit and that spoke volumes to their honesty and commitment to their customers.
