Smooth experience. Our check in agent was very pleasant and thorough and thankfully was very patient, took the time to explain everything to us as this was our first time towing. The check back gentleman was also very pleasant. All in all 5 stars ⭐️.

The rental experience was easy and straightforward, truck was ready upon arrival. Upon starting the truck, the air conditioner was already set to ON which is a nice touch as there is nothing more frustrating that trying to find how to turn it on. Vehicle handled beautifully on the highway, it was comfortable. Was reasonable on fuel usage and the return was very easy.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Free WiFi. Clean facility. Clean vehicles which are always ready to go. Many packaging items for sale which will help your move go smoothly. Online registration and drop off is a great option to have. No where to park your own vehicle.
