"Daphne is amazing and friendly and helpful. She explained everything and helped us out and is on top of all the details and calls and call backs!! Company is lucky to have her because not much gets by and she makes sure to chase non payers so people like me can get a space."

"I have rented storage lockers across Canada and this place is the worst I rented a unit here for just over a year until we could find a place to purchase and everything was ruined. All my furniture had mold on it even though I had them on blankets not directly on the concrete and everything else was covered in rodent feces. I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk who was nice about it but was told it’s my fault and I must have stored food in the locker(which I didn’t) and was not willing to help Beware stay away"
