Customer Reviews for U-Haul Moving & Storage of Orleans
Andrew Z
★★★★★ 5.0
"I had an awful experience with U-Haul that ended up costing me more than $4,000 in car repairs. While driving through their lot, there was a metal trailer jack left in the middle of the parking lot—something their employees use to prop up rental trailers. We didn’t see it when turning around one of their large moving trucks, and it caused major damage to my car, breaking the oil line, transmission case, bumper skirt, and radiator."
