U-Haul Moving & Storage of Oakville

Rented a 1-way truck to move my daughter from Oakville to Picton. I made the reservation at U-Haul in Oshawa. Picked up the truck in Oakville. Loaded, drove, unloaded, and set up furniture. Returned the truck the next day in Belleville. In all very convenient, and MUCH cheaper than renting in Oshawa and doing a round trip. And, it was U-Haul Oshawa that pointed out this less expensive option. The truck was clean and well maintained.

I have to provide some real experience for this location, for over 10 years customer experience with Uhaul, my most recent ones are horrible, I was wrongly charged over $600 for the reason of uhaul technical issues, one with 50km usage being charged with 400 km and another time around 100km being charged with 700 km, more terrible thing is that I went there 3 times to solve these issues, and they just correct one for me, when I complain from uhaul website, these support team just accept wrong information without any reasonable response. The most lesson I learned is that the mileage and the system here can't be trusted, if you need to borrow anything from this location, you have to take every evidence by your best effort to make sure, or else this kind of lost can happen to you any time. For me, I am not going to this location any more, and would be extra cautious to any Uhaul service or avoid any service with them due to such kind of poor customer support.
