"Always a pleasant and friendly experience. Clean and secure storage with very helpful mailboxes. Prices are very reasonable. The indoor pickup and drop off is a great perk."

"Just got notification that in November the cost for my long term rental unit is increasing I take issue with this because they do not keep up with maintenance and repairs. One of the bay doors has been broken since January 2025. There is always an issue getting in and out because it’s so busy. The Carts are old and very filthy and the floors need painting. They are increasing my rent in November - third time in 15 months. I’ll be paying $812.00 for a 10 x 20. I. This location is very old and needs some TLC - The associates a great and always very helpful but don’t get the support they need from upper management. I look forward to seeing improvements before the increase."

"Kamal there is slower than a tortoise. On top of that her computer had issues and she had to manually enter card details. Other working there seem to copy her work culture. A 5 min work took around 30 minutes. costs are vey high."
