"I had an unpleasant experience during my recent visit. The staff at the front desk seemed more focused on other tasks rather than providing proper customer service. She took a long time with each customer because she kept switching to other duties in between. Her communication skills were also quite poor, and her responses were delayed throughout the interaction."

"I rented storage lockers, a 10 x 20, which was really two 10 x 10s (which wasn't a problem). I did the entire process online. I would have appreciated being able to view available lockers and chosen the ones I wanted rather than have them just provided. When I arrived I realized that one of them had a man door rather than a full sized door, and the man door was hinged rather than roll up. I was later informed that this was for disabled patrons, it was clarified that this was indicated on the map by blue boxes around the locker. The legend that explains that is NOT very pronounced or obviously found. This is one thing I believe needs to be corrected. Had i known that was what I was assigned, I would have fixed it immediately, rather than having to do this with my loaded truck and family waiting to unload, sitting there while I walked around the entire building to get to the office to have this fixed."
