"I just helped my grandparents downsize from their home of 32 years and could not, COULD NOT have done it without the help of Move Seniors Lovingly (MSL). They were amongst a list of a few companies recommended to me by the residence my grandparents moved into that I’d reached out to over the August long weekend. Travis was the first to get back to me (irrespective of the holiday); I had a good feeling from the jump. When he and I chatted on the phone to discuss the move services they offered, as well as the after-move support with project managing auctions, donations, and disposal for unwanted items and the ultra reasonable pricing structure (they don’t even take a cut of the auction proceeds), that feeling went from good to great. Travis and the MSL team are really out to make life easier at what is otherwise a really stressful and emotional time both for the seniors who are moving, as well as their caretakers. That same grace extended to the actual move-in day when Abdul and his team showed up and were super efficient in organising and loading the boxes and furniture. They were so organised, so tidy, and so patient. It was the same with unloading the truck. They even had enough time to come BACK to the house to pick up three cabinets that I’d forgotten to point out needed to come. Everything arrived in the same condition as was packed, Abdul and the guys took away all the boxes, and could not have been kinder with my grandparents, and when all was said and done, the move was probably the easiest part of this whole transition. Even my grandparents were thrilled!"
