"Lovely to deal with and reasonably priced. After renting a large container for 3 years, discovered the unit had a leak and all of my furniture was moldy and ruined; needed to be thrown away. Owners refused accountability or discount/reimbursement which is highly disappointing. The folks who own are really nice but I can no longer offer a positive review."

"Increased our rate by 33% without notice. The contract we signed explicitly says they must give 30 days’ advance notice in writing for a change in rate, but they did not. Additionally, we had paid for a spot we didn’t need for 8 consecutive months specifically to lock in our rate."
