Grenville Storage Reviews
Amanda Lloyd
I've been decluttering my apartment for about a year now and the last few months I've been storing some of my things in an indoor storage unit here. Is a good place to store your belongings if you're not sure what you want to do with them. The manager on site, Carrie, is great to deal with, and she gave me a tour of some of the storage units available before I secured my own. Some of the units are upstairs and some of them are downstairs for the indoor ones. My items were temperature and humidity sensitive so I chose to keep them inside. It's a climate controlled indoor storage building, so the temperature is neither too hot nor too cold. Each indoor unit has an easy roll up door with a sliding lock that you can put a padlock or combination lock on to secure it. The storage facility may be a little more pricier than some other local ones, but I like the peace of mind knowing my items are safe in an indoor unit and that they were great reviews for this facility!

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
