"We had a frustrating experience claiming damaged items through their insurance company. We were dealing with someone in some office in Alberta who didn't really care. After the insurance denied our claim the manager of the Gander branch, Jamie, reached out to us personally and resolved the issue immediately. So 5 stars for the local customer service!"

"Had a frustrating experience booking a piano move. Was given a quote and date was booked. Then was told employee gave me incorrect quote and that it would be more than I was quoted. They would not agree to honor the quote that I was given and booked for. So I will be choosing another company for the move. Poor customer service."

"Highly Recommend these guys if your moving and take value in your belongings!!! Very professional crew. Thanks Jamie Collins, Brian Goobie and Raymond Rush. Five stars all the way"
