"My respiratory therapist had sent a prescription for me. My new inhaler wasn’t working so she prescribed my old one and said they had sent a request to NB Health that it be covered as I still had one inhaler of the new one. (Im a senior on the senior plan) I paid someone to take me there (im 30km away) and when I arrived i was told “it didnt matter what the doc had sent, it was 139.00.” I left in tears. I cant afford that. I let my doc know and she said it may take a few days to go through. That was NOT explained to me. So I have suffered for 10 days because of that pharmacist. That was over a week ago and my doc just told me it has gone through. Another 60$ to go pick it up. DO BETTER!!!"
