"After 5 hours being at dock they refused the load. You can do it within an hour so I can hit the road. Moreover their rude security won't let u stay there for reset if ur shift is spoiled by their ignorance."

"“Absolutely disappointed with the security guard at Walmart. Extremely rude and unprofessional — instead of helping or guiding customers, he acted like a bully. Zero respect, zero manners. This is not how people should be treated. Walmart really needs to train their staff better or hire people who actually know how to deal with the public. Never expected this kind of behavior from a major store.”"

"This place is always a nightmare to deliver to. Security never know what they are doing and always seem like it's their first day on the job. And the wait times are atrocious. 6 hours to get offloaded. They have maybe 50 docks and never have more than 1 or 2 trucks in the door at any given time. Clearly, they get paid by the hour. At least get us in a door quickly and then we can go take a snooze in the bunk. But no, we need to wait for a phone call to give us a door, then wait to be offloaded, then wait to be called again to confirm our paperwork is ready to be picked up."
