Steinbach Mini Storage ✔

"Positive experience from the very beginning. Highly recommend this business."

"Words can’t express how grateful I am for Rudy and Betty. We arrived at 3 in the afternoon on 2 Aug Friday before the long weekend. We just packed up my mom and brother’s house items and drove from Dauphin. It’s hot we are all tired. I had family show up to unload the U-haul. At the time we rented one storage unit, only to find out that that was not big enough. I called and thankfully Rudy answered. I was looking for Betty but she was busy. So I tell Rudy my situation and asked does he have any units available. Thank god he had one left. He was on way out of area but his worker was avail. So the worker messaged me and told me he be at storage unit at 430 ish. Sure enough he showed up and did the paperwork for another unit. I am so grateful for all that this company did, esp on a Friday on long weekend. They really helped my mom and brother out and they saved the day. Thank you Rudy and Betty. They are amazing folks."

"Walking in there with my 7 year old son, the man who owns this acted so friendly.. knowing my situation I’m going through I didn’t even use his unit at all…. Paid 220$ asked for a refund literally the next day.. and he sent me 44$ back stating he would “think about giving me the rest” when proceeding asking for my money back for other needs he told me “well you had money when you came in here” very very rude individual, I wouldn’t ever do what this man has done to me or probably has to others, I’ve heard lots of bad reviews on this storage place not sure how it’s rated 5 star."
