U-Box at U-Haul ✔

"I have used this UHAUL location a few times over the years. Sonja’s outstanding customer service is the reason I keep coming back. She is incredibly friendly, super helpful and clearly explains the process to me in a way that I can understand easily. I am a single mother of two girls and I work 2 jobs . I am incredibly busy and she has made each move, (especially this last and most recent move a breeze) . THANK YOU !!!! I will always recommend the Sidney BC U-HAUL center to others and will use again if needed. Great customer service is becoming harder to find these days, but Sonja always keeps it consistent. I have friends and family members who also feel the same way after using service at this location."

"I've used this facility for storage and trucks for three years now. Every single time I've got great service. Sonia runs a great show there, the people are friendly and accommodating, the facilities are clean and secure, and the trucks are clean and well-maintained. Very much recommend these folks anytime."
