"Thank you for the storage unit. There was a fire... my stuff had gotten damaged sadly. From the water when they put the fire out. It is only things and I am sad. But They were really apologetic and kind about it. I really appreciate that. Every time I've gone in they were so kind and so understanding. Very grateful to have my things, memories safe in their unit. I do recommend them. Because they're so kind and understanding."

"Friendly staff and very attending. I was asking questions while a lady came and waited. The staff asked me politely if I can let her pay for the rent first. I had no problem at all and after that the staff spent a good amount of time with my request and everything went very well. Convenient location and I will recommend."

"Excellent customer service. I made a payment applied it in error to my old unit number they caught it right away. Courtesy call advising they had switched my payment to my new unit and to update my banking information. Units are clean and secure. Would definitely recommend to others."
