Contain Your Stuff Victoria Reviews

So easy to deal with. We got a good deal on the lockers because we took the ones that are accessed by the rolling safety ladder. Be careful with that choice tho. If you have heavy stuff and bikes etc it’s not always convenient. Also really liked the caretaker. He does his job very well and is super friendly.

Chad has been extremely helpful and friendly since day one. Their facility is always clean and tidy, not to mention the central location which is great.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
  3. Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
  5. Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
