Adams Storage View Royal ✔

"My daughter stored her university stuff over the summer and returned to gather her belongings only to find rodent feces all over her items in the storage unit. There was no food stored in the locker. Called the office and was told that the boss would call her to discuss and he/she did not. There was no offer of help to clean the rodent droppings or compensation for ruined items. I do not recommend this storage facility."

"As a business, we have had a very positive experience with Adams Storage. We’ve been renting a unit here for three years, and throughout that time the facility has remained clean and well-maintained, the security feels solid, and the staff are professional and helpful during move-ins and visits. Booking and payments are straightforward. We’d recommend Adams Storage to any business or individual looking for reliable, convenient storage."

"The company's customer service is commendable, characterized by a welcoming and supportive approach. Their commitment to security is evident, and they promptly addressed an issue with a combination lock, ensuring proper authorization before providing expedited assistance. The pricing for both the replacement lock and storage unit is competitive. Furthermore, the environment fosters a sense of community among tenants, promoting mutual support and interaction."
