StorageMart Reviews
Rhonda McCrea
Very expensive and their late fees are atrocious. Every few days, they add money to your account until your three hundred and fifty dollar unit now is five hundred dollars. Very corporate and they don't accept debit visa online or partial payments. Very unprofessional never use these guys. If you decide to don't let your account slide the fees they tack on are very expensive and not needed.

This is overdue, however Robin was AMAZING! She made this storing process very easy. I cannot state enough how tremendously knowledgeable and informative she was especially regarding paperwork, taking the time to show me to my unit, how the lock worked and all with the absolute best customer service. I very rarely write reviews, but Robin's work should not go unnoticed. She made this experience quite wonderful and because of her, I would absolutely recommend storing here - thank you again so much for your help Robin!!

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service
- Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
- Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
- Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
- Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
- Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
