"This storage unit has been absolutely amazing! The staff have been accommodating. The storage units are clean. I felt like my belongings were safe. I definitely would use this place again if ever needed in the future!"

"I would give negative 0 stars if I could. I rented a unit on August 29th and moved into 2 days later. Not even a month later I get a call letting me know that my unit had been broken into along with other units. When I went to view my unit it was immediately apparent that anything electronic or of value was taken. I made an insurance claim and as of now Nov 24th I've had no communication with the insurance company, a manager or anyone that can provide answers. The Break in happened on September 25th so it's now been 2 months, I've been waiting for a resolution for twice as long as I was a customer before my belongings were stolen. Absoloutly horrible customer service, no security systems to safeguard your property and their insurance procedure is horrendous. I 10000% do not recommend Storagemart, look for somewhere that has units with alarmed doors on their units"

"I loved the customer service by Robin. Everything was so smooth and she was professional and friendly. The storage unit, grounds and office area are well kept and clean. My husband said, "It was a pleasure and a joy.""
