"The staff at Sentinel SE were super helpful and professional. When I first rented a unit, I met with Cristina and a young male employee whose name I didn’t catch. He took the time to walk me through the unit location, made sure my access code worked, and even offered water to me and my kids, a thoughtful gesture! The on-site store has a good selection of moving supplies and locks at reasonable prices, which was super convenient. When I was done with the unit, I actually forgot to call and notify them. Thankfully, during their routine walkthrough, they noticed and Cristina personally reached out to confirm my move-out."
