Booked this company to do a switch out on a washer and dryer set and then nobody showed up at the scheduled time. Called them 6 times and nobody answered. Then finally an hour later they called to say "Oh the truck should be there within an hour. Didn't the driver call you?" Nobody had called me. I told them no thank you! Terrible customer service.
