Flooding, theft, poorly maintained facilities And automatic computerized rent increases. Avoid at all costs. I rented several units over the course of the past six years. I’ve experienced flooding, theft and seemingly random price increases on some units and not other even when they are the same size. A locker was broken into in 2021 and they told me they were going to install more cameras. As of 2025 They still have not done this Every spring You will experience flooding in almost all of the lockers. If you value your possessions, I’d recommend finding another storage facility.

We stored here for five+ years, going from two large lockers down to one smaller one. Over the years from starting with the two lockers and moving items from one locker to another as we were able to downsize, Lana was instrumental in helping us with our needs. It was also nice to see the new owners repave the lot and install new doors thru-out the premises. We have moved our few belongings left to an indoor heated place closer to our home in Calgary but we would definitely recommend storing at Mini-Mall Storage in Airdrie.

This is my second time using this location of Mini Mall Storage and each time Lana in the office has gone above and beyond to ensure I'm getting the proper size unit and the move in process smooth and zero stress! ! She truly is an asset to Mini Mall as the interaction with her has been professional, helpful, caring and organized! Thank you for looking after my last minute move and my contents once again. I highly recommend Mini Mall Storage and may I also mention the cost is so reasonable!
