Do not rent here. If I could give 0 stars I would. They have raised my fees by more than $100 in less than a year. Beware they can raise your fees however much they please and whenever or as often as they’d like and they will certainly take advantage of this clause. They have have raised my fees twice in less than year with a $60 monthly increase each time. They do not prioritize keeping their customers happy long term. If you’d like to work with a business who has no values, you’ve found just the one right here.

Extremely disappointed in this company. Really wanted to like them but was let down from the first day. Paperwork was onerous to begin with - such a long and unneeded process. But the real kicker was seeing the "8x10" unit I rented - it was nowhere near 8 x 10! I measured and it was just shy of 7ft on one dimension and only 9 ft on the other! The young man showing me the unit said that the "measurements were approximate!" How about not even close!? I asked for a different unit, one that actually measured 8x10 as that was what I rented but he said there were none available. I asked him to discount the unit for the fact that it was much smaller than advertised and he refused. Once I clear out this unit I will not rent from this company again. Definitely dishonest in their operations and unwilling to make things right. My advice: seek out a different storage company.

Went there yesterday & seen Jessica to show me a unit I had a reservation for…. She was great, showed me the unit… but I wasn’t sure yet. So I left but came back 10 mins before they closed…. She still stayed & helped me secure the unit for me before they closed. I felt bad for her because it’s a Saturday evening, I had big items in my truck .
