Make Space Storage - Ottawa Reviews

I am really not happy with Make Space Storage they rip me off change prices when ever they want and charge me three weeks every month instead of four weeks 270 and every month I have to pay different days that’s insane , I am outside the county most of the time and been with them almost two years and when I am on direct deposit it comes on a specific day not when ever days they choose.

Recommendations before choosing a Storage Service

  1. Check the company’s reputation and customer reviews: Look for storage providers with positive reviews and a solid reputation. Reading real customer experiences will help you understand the quality of service and reliability.
  2. Confirm what is included in the storage service: Make sure you clearly understand what is included in the price, such as unit size, climate control, access hours, and any additional fees.
  3. Ask about security and safety measures: Find out what security systems are in place, including surveillance cameras, gated access, alarms, and on-site staff to protect your belongings.
  4. Verify licensing, insurance, and coverage options: Ensure the company is properly licensed to operate in Canada and ask about insurance options to protect your stored items against loss or damage.
  5. Request a written quote and rental agreement: Always ask for a written quote and review the rental agreement carefully so you are clear about pricing, contract terms, and cancellation policies.
