Would not recommend dealing with this firm, as a customer(if I was accepted), I have the right to ask questions and clarify where I was keeping my car, after all it's not free, I am paying to keep it there. Just cause I was trying to ask if I can get in 6 month down after storage to add more Bounty sheets to keep mice away, Joseph got mad and said "I refuse to take your car" and when I asked why, he said he has the right to refuse. Just cause I wanted to make sure my car is going to be safe. Joseph this is not a way to deal with customers.
