As a long-time customer, I appreciate Dymon and this location. I've been a customer since this location opened, but it's not without problems. The units are clean, the building is well cared for, and staff are generally helpful. However it's worth noting that they increase prices every year for existing customers, so their reasonable prices when you start eventually rise to be double their competitors. I'd be wary of using them long-term, as they seem to expect you to negotiate new deals, rather than treating long-time customers well.

Staff here are amazing and always willing to help with a smile. Sometimes difficult to find a cart, you may have to look around for a while. This location is always clean, bright and busy. There are washrooms available here. I love that you can park your car inside and unload/load your vehicle. I love that there are no locks on the doors, everything is done via the app to lock and unlock your unit.

I've been a Dymon customer at The Queensway Etobicoke location since 2022. I just upgraded to a larger storage unit working with Mohammed who helped me secure the right larger unit and organized the no-charge move-in by the Dymon team communicating with me every step of the way. The facility is impeccably kept - clean, organized, and secure. I use the mail delivery service and their humidity and climate controlled wine storage as well - all in one convenient location. Highly recommended!
