We signed up for a monthly rental of a container which was put on our property over a year ago. We hadn’t signed the contract before they delivered the unit, so when we went to sign I noticed that we were actually paying for 28 days instead of monthly even though their website said monthly. I asked them about it and was brushed off. I explained that on a short rental (6 months), I’d lose 10 days on the rental. So instead of having it removed November 14th, it would be November 4th based on their 28 day cycle. I was disregarded although now I see their website reflects “4 weeks”! 🙄
