Rainwater comes in through the bottom of the garage door! I had a bedroom with some items ruined by water. The joke of insurance Mini Mall (Aviva) provided offered to cover $137 in damage. Mini Mall washes their hands of any responsibility in the matter. Other items I had in storage came out covered in mold.
