"Alex and his team are amazing. I spoke to Alex a couple weeks before my daughter needed to move out of her apartment, got a very reasonable estimate, but forgot to call back to confirm. At 5pm the night before the intended move date, I realized I didn’t book a mover! I called Alex to see if there was any way he could help. He was fully booked but somehow found a way to make it happen and the movers were there at 8am the next morning. Magical! Since move-in date was 10 days later, they stored everything at their facility and delivered it to the new apartment then. Alex is so nice to work with - polite, flexible, understanding, patient, courteous, and professional in a very human way. I give them the highest and heartfelt recommendation!"
