"Do not use this delivery service. We have used it twice and both times were bad experiences. First, they forgot our order at the location where they were supposed to pick it up and we had a hard time finding it. In addition, we had specified not to deliver on a certain day since no one was present on site and they still delivered on that day. Second, when they came to deliver last week, we were present, but the store was closed. Instead of knocking and checking that there was indeed no one there, the delivery man simply turned on his heels and left with our merchandise. When we called to check on our order, we were informed that they had our pallets in storage and that we would have to pay $200 in storage fees, all because the delivery man left without checking. And finally, so that we would be informed of the arrival, we asked to be called before his arrival, but apparently this service is not free. It costs $45!!! Just to be notified of your arrival, something that I think should be free. Don't use this transportation service."

"I waited 50 minutes on the line only to be told that they were having lunch and are closed between noon and 1 p.m., even though this information is never mentioned in the hold message; on the contrary, it says that we are next in line."

"Very good delivery company, very meticulous in all handling!"
