I stored my furniture in the winter and they assured me that the warehouses were kept at 5 degrees. 2 months later, 2 inches of water had seeped in, damaging several pieces of furniture and mattresses. They did not return my calls, they are very difficult to reach. I sent a formal notice which they never responded to. I had $2,000 worth of damage. Never go there, I strongly advise against it.
