Worst delivery company ever! They're supposed to deliver and call you to let you know the day and time, but then, no delivery. You call, and the wait time on hold is incredibly long to speak to anyone! No one can reach anyone! Everything is done by email! No way to contact anyone by phone!! It's like 1980! The tracking is completely outdated! I think going to pick up the package myself on foot would have been faster!! Anyway, still no package! Can you please arrive in 2025? One star because you can't give zero stars! Even when you manage to contact customer service, they can't do anything and don't have any more information than we do!! Useless!
